Hono disables external PRs: maintainer says they 'don't work in this era'

Hono creator yusukebe announced that external contributor PRs are now disabled on honojs/hono. He credited the project's history to community PRs — notably @usualoma's RegExpRouter PR that delivered an unprecedentedly fast HTTP router — but said PRs no longer work in this era, asking contributors to help in other ways.
The move is widely read as another fallout from the flood of AI-generated low-quality PRs; the amplifier quipped 'Many such cases'.
