Eon's Era generates full simulated companies across Salesforce, Slack and Jira for AI agent testing
aakashgupta · x · 2026-10-06
Eon launched Era, a tool that generates complete simulated companies for testing and benchmarking AI agents. Context: Salesforce's 2025 study found leading agents succeed 58% on single-turn CRM tasks and 35% multi-turn. Era makes each system (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, Gong, Jira, Confluence, Slack, SharePoint, Google Drive) a live instance connected via MCP and vendor-native APIs, with one consistent identity per employee/customer across systems, real-world data distributions, deliberately capped mess (duplicates and junk rows listed in a manifest), and a machine-readable /llms.txt. CI images are published on Docker Hub. Caveat: all environments are synthetic and no substitute for staging with real data. Free for builders.
