GPT-Live is shifting UX from screens and buttons to real-time characters
MyCreativeOwls · x · 2026-10-06
The author argues OpenAI's GPT-Live is changing how websites and apps get created: voice, personality and interaction happen in real time inside the product, far more seamless than hacking it together with ElevenLabs. Developers are already building harnesses and characters around it (Muse, Grok bots, Dots). The takeaway: UX is moving beyond screens and buttons toward designing characters, conversations and personalities that actually interact with you.
