Reporters on-site at City Hall for a hearing on AI risks, with reps from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and Meta, plus whistleblowers like Jacob Coxon (who publicly quit Anthropic in protest last month).
Last week OpenAI sent a letter to the NY City Council recommending safeguards ahead of the hearing.
