DeepMind releases AlphaProtein Novo pipeline for small-molecule enzyme design

Google DeepMind, in collaboration with the Frances Arnold and Peng Liu research groups, has released AlphaProtein Novo, a pipeline for small-molecule enzyme design. The team developed it on standard model reactions, validated designs in their own wet lab, and is now partnering with leading biocatalysis scientists to test the system on novel chemistries they care about.
