The AlphaProtein Novo pipeline, built with Frances Arnold's Nobel-winning group, achieves SoTA novel-scaffold activity on 2 benchmark reactions and designs enzymes to synthesize the pharmaceutical motif piperidine and degrade the environmental toxin DEHP. Preprints and code are public.
