dearCC offers free help to grads hit by AI job market shift, featured on 60 Minutes

Clara Shih, founder of dearCC, argues the AI-driven labor market shift will be the most consequential of our lifetimes — hitting entry-level and white-collar roles hardest now, then spreading across all industries and experience levels.
She discussed the transition on 60 Minutes representing dearCC, a free nonprofit program (under New Work Foundation) helping new grads land their first job in the AI economy. It offers a Slack community with mentors from Slack, Meta, Salesforce, Atlassian and others, personalized job-search game plans, peer support, and weekly hiring-intelligence briefs. User testimonials describe grads stuck after hundreds of applications and AI bot interviews finally breaking through. The Atlantic has covered the program.
