Lightricks open-sources seven LTX-2.5 VFX tools: 8K edits, SDR-to-HDR, green-screen-free matting

During VFX Week, Lightricks released seven open-weight capabilities for LTX-2.5 spanning the post pipeline: Native Resolution (AI edits on 4K/8K plates on a single GPU), Refine and Restore (detail recovery, 540p-to-4K archival restoration), SDR to HDR and Native HDR (16-bit EXR output in ACEScg, relighting/day-to-night/inpaint on EXR sequences), Layout to Render (3D blockout to rendered shot with locked camera/geometry), and Alpha Gen (green-screen-free alpha matting handling hair, fur, smoke, glass, water). IC-LoRAs are on Hugging Face with ComfyUI workflows available.
