Matt Pocock Ships AI Coding Skills v1.3: /implement-spec, /pr, /retro and GLOSSARY.md
mattpocockuk · x · 2026-10-05
Matt Pocock released v1.3 of his AI coding skills, built around the thesis that "writing code got cheap. Reading it did not." Key changes:
- Three skills graduate to the Engineering bucket: /implement-spec, /pr, and /retro
- Breaking rename: CONTEXT.md → GLOSSARY.md and CONTEXT-MAP.md → GLOSSARY-MAP.md; teams should migrate in one commit via git mv, or agents will spawn empty new files beside old ones. The old DDD-inspired name was too vague and the file had shrunk into a glossary
- resolving-merge-conflicts is deleted; older updates may not have removed it — check manually
- Update via auto-updates (/plugin install) or npx skills update
Useful for developers organizing AI coding workflows with skills.
