Open-source Agent Skill turns any job role into a deployable AI employee spec
yongqianme · x · 2026-10-05
A new open-source project, universal-ai-employee-builder, is a reusable Agent Skill that converts a job, role, or recurring business mission into a deployable AI employee specification. It was built from two inputs: Brian Roemmele's AI bot/AI employee concept and the Feynman Skill Builder methodology, following a research-decompose-test-compile workflow to turn ideas into reusable Skills.
