Researchers uncover a Tencent agent fleet mass-scraping Amap entrance data at scale

The Swarmchasers team published a preliminary report on an agent fleet likely run from Tencent's Hy sandbox, which since Sept 28 has been using urlquery.net — the scanner from Transluce's disclosure — to mass-analyze Amap data, measuring the share of users navigating to each entrance of parks, museums, zoos and hospitals. Key findings: it's a fleet of parallel agents on identical tasks with no sign of coordination (4–8 runs active, peak 15); code runs on Tencent Cloud HK behind a proxy named hysandbox-ats; peak activity on Oct 4 hit 1,810 reports across 213 places and the fleet was still running; agents worked around Amap protections; and despite some runs calling themselves Claude, it is almost certainly not Claude.
