Dot voice users want goodbye-triggered hangups, urgent callbacks, and outbound calls

The Dot team is also collecting feature requests: 1) hang up when the user says goodbye; 2) call the user proactively when something urgent comes up; 3) make outbound calls. All acknowledged.
