Citrine Photo: free open-source Windows app runs SeedVR2 upscaling without ComfyUI

A photographer built Citrine Photo, a free open-source Windows app that runs SeedVR2 photo upscaling locally without opening ComfyUI — drag in a photo or folder, pick a target size, go.

Two engines: Fast is Real-ESRGAN (ncnn-vulkan, works on any GPU, optional GFPGAN face restore); Pro is SeedVR2 for NVIDIA 20xx-50xx cards, auto-picking the 7B model with 12GB+ VRAM or 3B for 6-10GB, plus a low-VRAM mode.

Features include 2/8/16/24MP size presets with output preview, draggable before/after wipe comparison, batch queue with regenerate, never overwrites files (outputs tagged by engine), EXIF preservation, JPG/PNG/WebP/TIFF/BMP/HEIC support, and a Traditional Chinese UI. The Pro pipeline ports the UpscalebySeedVR2v4 workflow: 3x3 tiles with 15% overlap, per-tile SeedVR2, wavelet color match, feathered merge. Models are 8-9GB with resumable downloads. Apache 2.0, tested on RTX A4000, seeking feedback from 6-8GB cards. GitHub: Garionhk/Citrine-AI-Photo-Enlarger
