Citing Danni Chen's data: of 134.8M US households, only 2.7M (2%) pay for AI, versus streaming at 91%, cloud storage at 55%, and SiriusXM at 25%. "If your GTM plan is built on what your SF group chat pays for, you are selling to the 2%." blelbach concludes that AI will be a B2B business, not B2C — that's where willingness to adopt and margins will be.
