800G/1.6T DSP supply tight across vendors; MaxLinear 1.6T chip still sampling

Citing a CIOE show note, iamfabian reports that optical DSP supply is tight:
- All DSP vendors are in tight supply for both 800G and 1.6T parts.
- MaxLinear's ($MXL) Rushmore 1.6T DSP is not out yet — still in sampling and engineering demo stages; volume production hinges on Samsung's 2nm process yield.
- $MXL is up 50% since the CIOE note, aided by FCC-related speculation.
