A 14-agent pipeline on one RTX 5090 produced a 10-minute animated short end-to-end
developervkmp · reddit · 2026-10-04
In a companion post, developervkmp reveals more detail on The Clockwork Moth: the 10-minute short was made end-to-end by a 14-agent pipeline running on a single RTX 5090 — 106 shots, 9 scenes, 4 recurring characters in 19 location states, with 102/102 clips passing automated QC at final assembly. Dialogue, narration, music and effects were mixed on separate tracks to avoid frequency clashes; all assets total 2.4 GB. His key point: the hard part isn't the first frame, it's identity consistency across shots plus automated quality control. Tooling remains private.
