The terminal era is over: one dev's setup for managing swarms of coding agents

Elvis Saravia clarifies that coding agents still run via CLI, but for him the CLI now operates in the background rather than being the main interface. Agreeing that 'the terminal era is over' due to its constraints, he says Codex Desktop is as good as it gets today yet still suboptimal — so he built a more flexible interface combining focused agent sessions with persistent high-level agents that manage all sessions when their number gets out of control.
