Dev rebuilds RadioShack electronics kit where Claude sees your circuits and explains them, built with Opus 5.5 in a day
SIGKITTEN · x · 2026-10-04
Developer @pdrmnvd recreated the classic all-in-one RadioShack electronics kits with a modern twist: the new version ships a manual with 24 projects plus a Claude chat integration — the model can see your circuits and answer questions, e.g. explaining why it picked resistor R3 for an LED project, solving the old manuals' pain of getting stuck. The whole project was built with Opus 5.5 in about a day, showing AI vision + dialogue applied to hands-on circuit learning.
