Building a character-consistent AI series with Minimax H3 and ZiT reference workflow

The creator shares a fairly standard reference-based video workflow: character models built with ZiT, then referenced generations in Minimax H3 with no LoRAs except a 3-step turbo LoRA during testing. Narration was done with ElevenLabs, all other voiceovers with Minimax, and editing in DaVinci Resolve. They're considering turning the pilot into a series.
