API's Fable 5.1 clueless about same answer, user suspects silent rerouting to 5.5

Follow-up from adonissingh: the API version of Fable 5.1 has no clue about the same answer, leading him to suspect the web experience is actually Fable 5.5 rerouted under the 5.1 label — an unannounced model swap. He notes the test was done in a memory-disabled incognito chat to rule out memory effects. Unverified, but fits the familiar silent-model-swap pattern.
