A Reddit user who subscribes to Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity says Gemini feels less advanced than the others — he'd even rank Perplexity higher. He keeps Gemini only because bundling YouTube Lite brings the net cost to about $8/month, but finds its voice interaction weak and has to correct mistakes regularly, despite expecting Alphabet's resources to lead the field.
