Higgsfield Hits $1B ARR in 18 Months, Valuation Quadruples to $5.4B on the 'Orchestration' Bet
创业邦 · wechat · 2026-10-04
Higgsfield founder Alex Mashrabov revealed on the 20VC podcast that the AI video company went from $1M to $1B ARR in 18 months — faster than Cursor, behind only OpenAI and Anthropic — with its valuation quadrupling to $5.4B in 8 months via a $400M Series B. Enterprise customers grow 115% month-over-month, NRR exceeds 300%, and 390 of the Fortune 500 use it. Strategy: don't build models — orchestrate 35+ of them (own/open-source models carry 80%+ gross margins vs 20–30% for closed ones); sell into enterprise production budgets rather than $20 subscriptions (one customer went from $99/month to a $6M annual contract); and treat a 150-person creative team as the moat. The $4M+/month model bill is seen as talent investment, compute is the real bottleneck, and Mashrabov argues frontier labs will eventually destroy all consumer subscription markets.
