Developer @happycatwang publicly accuses another project of plagiarism: early git commits reportedly still carry his name, and 76.8% of the code is claimed to be verbatim identical. After the copying was exposed, he says he was kicked out of the group chat and the accused repo was taken down, allegedly destroying evidence. He shared comparison evidence and called on other victims to come forward.
