Shift Robotics Launches Moonwalkers Dusk Power Shoes That Learn Your Gait in 10 Steps for $1,199
Scobleizer · x · 2026-10-04
- Shift Robotics launched Moonwalkers Dusk power shoes this week: they strap over your existing shoes, add force to each step, and reach 7 mph while walking. Priced at $1,199, shipping late October.
- The headline feature is the gait model: the S.E.N.S.A. system learns your stride within about 10 steps, distinguishes walking from running and jumping, estimates slope, and adjusts assistance accordingly. Foot gestures switch modes, no phone needed.
- Specs: 3.5–4.2 lb per foot, 90-minute charge, 6–7 mile range, 220 lb rider limit, IP54 splash-resistant (not waterproof).
