Running Claude-dev + Codex-review loop, but can't wire Gemini Pro in as reviewer
bocondo · reddit · 2026-10-04
The author pays for two subscriptions to run an automated loop where Claude develops code and Codex reviews it, and now wants to slot an existing Gemini Pro subscription in as the reviewer — without luck:
- CLI sign-in to Gemini fails repeatedly; reports suggest personal subscriptions only work with Antigravity
- After installing Antigravity IDE, Claude refuses to call Gemini for review inside the loop; Antigravity review has to be manual
They're asking the community for working setups to integrate Gemini into a coding workflow, highlighting the friction between consumer subscriptions and tooling/API access.
