mattshumer_ · x · 2026-10-04
Entrepreneur Matt Shumer called Spawn "fucking incredible" and teased more to share soon. Spawn is a platform where users make games with friends using AI and jump into community-made titles instantly. Its front page lists dozens of user-generated games — first-person pen-drawn sword-fighter INKBLADE, platformer Higher, Counter-Strike: Spawn, Portal Heist and more, spanning action, strategy, horror and gacha genres. Quoted developer @giovanni says it's the first product in a long time he tried purely out of curiosity and got hooked, signaling AI game-generation platforms are rapidly gaining traction.
