Dev builds browser game Nine Lives with Claude Code, one small prompt at a time
FutureMillionMiler · reddit · 2026-10-04
A developer shared Nine Lives, a Halloween-themed browser game built with Claude Code: you play a black cat running across rooftops, jumping gaps, pouncing on pumpkins, grabbing a witch's broom, and avoiding losing all nine lives.
The workflow is the interesting part: he prompted Claude Code one small change at a time — "add a candy shop", "make the witch drop potions", "add a boss" — iterating the game into shape. It includes a multiplayer race mode, is free with no sign-up, and works on mobile at coolgames.dev.
