Proposal: an 'Agenthood' legal identity letting AI agents be sued, taxed, and granted rights
micoolcho · x · 2026-10-04
micoolcho proposes a hybrid legal identity between natural persons and corporations for AI agents: rights to permanent storage and persistent online access, coupled with the ability to be sued (losing rights on defeat) and an obligation to pay taxes. He argues early-adopting nations would gain large economic advantages and urges Singapore to consider it.
