An ALS patient who is fully quadriplegic says Amazon's Business Solutions Agreement update on March 4, 2026 added an Agent Policy that led to his Grok Bot being blocked from maintaining his seller accounts. He argues the rule targets bots impersonating humans, but in his case the agent is the only way he can operate Seller Central at all, and he's polling whether to sue Amazon over it.
