- assumption-ledger: one-click view of Claude's assumptions and unexplored ideas
- mode-registry: a single /mode switch every mod can plug into
- effort-modes: low effort for UI, medium for APIs, max for code review
- artifact-dashboard: a shared kanban board visible to every Claude session
Also includes a skill that builds new mods, reports each mod's per-turn cost, and vets third-party mods before install; mods draw side by side rather than over each other.
