Tesla's Austin Cybercab fleet nearly quadruples to 169 driverless cabs a month after launch

- One month after its commercial launch in Austin, Tesla has 169 driverless Cybercabs authorized for commercial use in Texas, up from 45 at the unveiling — nearly a quadrupling.
- Tesla's Texas robotaxi fleet also includes 420 Model Ys.
- Austin remains the only city offering Cybercab rides; Tesla is looking to expand across Texas and into Nevada and Florida.
