Anthropic commits $100M to train 10,000 engineers for enterprise AI via Claude Frontier Academy
schwentker · x · 2026-10-04
Anthropic launched Claude Frontier Academy, backed by a $100 million commitment, aiming to train 10,000 Frontier Deployed Engineers by end of 2027 to close the enterprise AI talent gap.
- First program of its kind from an AI lab, training at the same standard as Anthropic's own engineers.
- First cohorts include engineers from Accenture, Bain, Capgemini, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Deloitte, McKinsey, Morgan Stanley, and Novo Nordisk.
- Anthropic argues a small team of highly skilled, high-agency engineers drives an outsized share of enterprise AI value, and that talent is the hardest to find.
