Responding to ex-employee Ben Todd's note that after 3.5 years at OpenAI he was among the longest-tenured employees, former OpenAI researcher Miles Brundage confirms the company has 'brutal turnover' — but adds the statement would hold even with normal attrition, due to exponential headcount growth.
