Codex rebuilds an After Effects video from scratch in ~1 hour via Higgsfield MCP
CSProfKGD · x · 2026-10-03
Developer @CSProfKGD ran a recreation test: given a plan, a reference video, and a goal, Codex (medium) drove After Effects through the Higgsfield MCP plugin to rebuild the animation from scratch, producing both an AE project file and an MP4 export.
The whole run took about 1 hour of agent time. The author says the result is still improving but stopped to save usage, inviting readers to spot the difference from the original video. A neat demo of coding agents controlling desktop creative software.
