AI app Muse recruits ChatGPT users with a ready-made memory-migration prompt
Ecstatic_Luck3772 · reddit · 2026-10-03
A Reddit user found that the new AI assistant Muse proactively asks if you use another AI assistant and hands you a ready-made prompt to migrate your context from ChatGPT. The prompt instructs the old AI to compile a portable Markdown memory snapshot — identity, work, communication preferences, recurring people, projects, tools — in third person, one factual sentence per bullet, with (inferred) markers, sensitive info skipped, and a 2000-word cap. Both a striking growth tactic and a reusable memory-migration template.
