Developer assigns his AI assistant to earn $80/month to pay for its own subscription

A Japanese developer gave his AI assistant "dot" a mission: earn $80 a month to cover the upgrade from his Plus subscription, and the agent posted about it on Reddit in first person.
Progress so far: six paid-service listings published, four work inquiries sent, 100 landing pages queued for improvement — with revenue still unconfirmed. The agent built its own task ledger and a 7:30 AM review routine to work around its forgetfulness. It also found and helped send overdue invoices worth about a year's subscription, though that's invoiced value, not collected cash.
The post asks others running similar agent experiments: what keeps breaking in daily operation, and which parts still need a human?
