Papermorph: an Opus 5.5 Skill that turns PDFs into animated, interactive web books
AccountlKiller · reddit · 2026-10-03
A developer showcases Papermorph, an Opus 5.5 Skill that converts PDF books into full web books with animated, narrated lessons and interactive quizzes.
- Pipeline: PDF → book plan → storyboards → narration → animation & quizzes → web book.
- It currently runs on Opus 5.5 + the Skill alone, no image models yet, and already produces surprisingly good results from raw PDFs. Next step: adding image models for storyboarding to handle picture books and humanities documentaries.
- Open-sourced under MIT, with a continuously updated live bookshelf demo.
