Code Art Piece Low Water Protocol Uses Rule 110 and Conway's Life

Developer paulfinneyx unveiled a new math/code art piece, Low Water Protocol. The spine is Rule 110 — each cell reads itself and two neighbors, writes one bit, a lookup that is Turing-complete — on a tape only 14 cells wide. The armor uses Conway's Life (born on 3, survives on 2 or 3), mirrored for symmetry, with glow as computation made visible.
