A Reddit user is looking for an online AI tool to enhance low-bitrate video. He took a screenshot from his video and had ChatGPT enhance the still image, which looked amazing. But after trying Topaz Labs last year with every setting, the video results never came close to ChatGPT's image enhancement, so he's asking for better options.
