Claude Code now hides lead agent messages to subagents from users entirely

A user noticed that Claude Code now hides the messages the lead agent sends to its subagents — they don't show up to the user at all. The change reduces transparency into how tasks are decomposed and makes debugging agent behavior harder, raising observability concerns.
