Harvard Sinclair lab unveils early mouse data for anti-aging molecule SL-100
_AustinCalvert_ · x · 2026-10-03
At ARDD2026, Christopher Petty and Kelly Rich from Harvard's Sinclair lab gave a first look at SL-100, a chemical reprogramming cocktail, in mice.
Early, unpublished data showed fast-aging mice on the cocktail kept their weight and didn't become frail, while untreated mice did. Results are preliminary and not yet peer-reviewed.
