Claude Code v2.1.288 ships timeout recovery, prompt draft restore and a batch of resume fixes

- Timeout recovery: mid-response API timeouts no longer fail the turn — non-interactive sessions and subagents continue from the partial response, and thinking-only responses are retried.
- Draft recovery: a prompt cleared with Ctrl+C can be restored with the Up arrow, including pasted text and images.
- New mods API: $.ui.selection() returns the last selected text in fullscreen mode plus the containing transcript row.
- Built-in gh api in cloud sessions without GitHub CLI, with fixes for control characters from filenames and jq filters.
- --max-findings <n>|all for /code-review, persisted until reset to default.
- Re-auth prompt when an MCP server requests more OAuth scope mid-tool-call.
- Session management: Ctrl+F to find sessions by name, Alt+↑/↓ to jump between agent groups, both rebindable.
- Resume/compaction fixes: long chats wrongly failing with "Prompt is too long", --resume dropping restored files, resumed sessions losing the last response, and older transcripts dropping thinking blocks.
- New CLAUDECODEDISABLESTRUCTUREDOUTPUTS for gateways rejecting structured outputs.
