Claude Code 2.1.288 ships 89 CLI changes, adds OAuth re-auth and draft recovery

Claude Code CLI 2.1.288 landed with 89 changes just a day after the previous release. Key additions:
- $.ui.selection() for mods, returning the last selected text in fullscreen mode
- Built-in gh api for cloud sessions without GitHub CLI, plus fixes for control characters in filenames, jq filters, and GitHub errors
- Draft recovery: press Up on an empty prompt to restore text cleared with Ctrl+C, including pasted text and images
- Re-authentication prompt when an MCP server requests more OAuth scope during a tool call
- --max-findings <n>|all flag for /code-review
- Ctrl+F to find sessions by name and Alt+↑/↓ to jump between groups in the agents view
