Robotics' ChatGPT moment isn't needed: specialized bots land $600M deals now
Rewkang · x · 2026-10-03
Investor Rewkang warns that waiting for robotics' ChatGPT moment means missing the first adoption wave. Standard Bots is deployed to hundreds of customers across nearly every US state; Dyna Robotics runs in restaurant chains, hotels, logistics and data centers; Path Robotics welds for defense, oil & gas and energy firms, including a $600M deal with shipbuilder HII. A universal model may come eventually, but specialized models are tackling massive labor markets today.
