NVIDIA launches Open Agent Safety Platform with 100+ orgs incl. Anthropic, JPMorgan

- NVIDIA's new Open Agent Safety Platform pushes AI safety into the infrastructure layer, pairing OpenShell (an open-source secure runtime for agents) with Sentry, a hardware watchdog that can monitor behavior and quarantine misbehaving agents in milliseconds.
- Over 100 organizations are already working with it, including Anthropic, Microsoft, Salesforce, SAP, Citi and JPMorganChase.
- The rationale: enterprise agents now call tools, access databases and act across operational systems, so security must shift from protecting the model to governing what agents actually do.
- Jensen Huang: "AI's extraordinary potential will only be realized if we solve AI safety."
