SAGG turns flaky Gonka brokers into a 99%+ success inference API via cascading failover

A build report on SAGG: it holds multiple Gonka inference brokers at once and routes around struggling ones, exposing a single reliable API. Measured on real production traffic: 100%/98.9% success on two lines (1000 req each, Sep 18), 99.5%/99.0% on a heavier prompt mix (Sep 30), TTFT p50 190-490ms. The hard part is streaming — you can't silently switch brokers mid-stream. Full methodology and reproduction script on GitHub.
