Building on Andrew Chen's argument that when anyone can build, deciding WHAT to build is the bottleneck, the author lists which PMs become wildly in demand: prototype-first spec-laters, those who pick 3 shippable ideas from 15 prototypes, those who write evals, those who treat 'technical enough' as table stakes, and those who fill whatever gap the team has that week.
