Robotics-language researcher Jesse Thomason moves GLAMOR lab from USC to Georgia Tech

Georgia Tech's College of Computing announced Jesse Thomason is joining the School of Interactive Computing as an associate professor after five years at USC. He is relocating his GLAMOR lab, which explores connecting natural language processing to robotics — how robots can communicate physical states (a strained arm, the sound of a dropped container) and how LLM-based language-code interfaces can lower the engineering bar for robot programming.
