MiniMax open-sources OpenAgentCore, a self-hosted OpenAI Agents API with Codex/Claude Code harnesses
aigclink · x · 2026-10-02
MiniMax released OpenAgentCore on GitHub: an open-source, self-hosted implementation of the OpenAI Agents API. Drop-in API compatibility means apps migrate by swapping endpoints. Each session runs a native harness (Codex, Claude Code, or MiniMax Code), sandboxes support Docker/E2B/microsandbox/local, and layers like sandbox, harness, model access, state, and scheduling connect via well-defined protocols so each layer is independently replaceable.
