fastino launches GLiDE, an on-demand reasoning decision model that tops the Decision Index by 6.9 points

fastinoAI introduced GLiDE, billed as the first "Thinking Decision Model": it takes application state plus a predefined action set and returns one selected action, a confidence score, and probabilities for every option.
How it works: GLiDE first computes a fast probability distribution, then switches reasoning on only when the leading answer is uncertain, folding that reasoning into final probabilities — reserving reasoning for complex decisions while staying fast on easy ones.
Benchmarks (official Decision Index 0.2.1): GLiDE scores 64.81, beating Jev's published 57.91 by 6.9 points for #1, leading across all five evaluation areas and 31 of 38 benchmarks (11.5-point edge in Knowledge & Reasoning). It targets multi-hop tasks like tool selection among hundreds of options, next-action selection, and verifying reasoning-heavy model output.
